Nowadays, many CNC machine tools are in use, because there is no corresponding high-tech measuring method (such as three-coordinate measuring instrument, etc.), most of them have to manually align the workpiece and measure the workpiece, especially in the process of some repetitive parts. Time-consuming work, affecting production efficiency. How to improve this situation can only be done by designing a simple and practical auxiliary fixture.

Our CNC machine tools mainly process mold electrodes, and the electrodes must be repaired after each electrical machining. Although the electrode workpiece has a reference line, it is ambiguous after repeated use, and the occasional human error makes it difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the processed electrode position, and even waste products. In response to this problem, we designed a very simple and practical V-shaped iron auxiliary fixture. See, the Y-axis surface positioning body of the fixture is embedded in the T-shaped groove of the worktable. See, the positioning body and the T-shaped groove are matched with f or (it is better that the maximum gap is not greater than zero). In order to ensure the position tolerance between the x, y positioning surface and the machine coordinate of the machine tool, after the positioning body is fixed (that is, the positioning pin is driven in the appropriate position on the positioning body, other fixing methods can also be used), and the X and y positioning surfaces are respectively Finishing to ensure the geometric tolerance of the machine coordinate with the machine tool. In this way, when machining the electrode workpiece, the two positioning surfaces of the workpiece are processed first, the workpiece is fixed after being in close contact with the positioning surface of the fixture, the workpiece zero point is set, and its absolute coordinate value is recorded. When the workpiece is reprocessed repeatedly, clean, position, and fix the workpiece, start the machine tool to the position where the coordinate value is recorded, and set the zero point to process, or set the origin to add to the workpiece program. Modify the 2-axis zero point or z-axis tool compensation, you can add a T-shaped (20) T-shaped slot width. Peng Shuai can process inner holes on a lathe, especially for ultra-deep inner holes. According to the usual processing method, only the tailstock can be used. Drill holes on the drill sleeve.

  

This method has a good centering effect, and generally shallow holes are drilled. For some of the deeper holes, it is not so convenient to use the tailstock to drill. It is often necessary to repeatedly shake the handle of the tailstock many times to drill a deep hole. Especially when drilling, the tailstock must be dragged due to the long drilling depth. , The drilling is done manually, it is difficult to remove chips, and the drill bit is easy to get stuck in the inner hole if it is careless, the labor intensity of the workers is high, and the efficiency is not high. Aiming at the difficulty of drilling deep holes, we adopt the method of installing the Morse clip body on the tool holder to drill deep holes. This kind of Morse cartridge body selects the corresponding inner cone sleeve cartridge body according to the number of the drill bit's Morse taper. It is the taper sleeve cartridge body and the work piece diagram.


Now the method of using and installing the clamp body is introduced as follows: ①First, align the positioning surface of the Morse magazine body with the pressing groove of the tool holder, and put the drill selected according to the size to be processed into the Morse magazine body In the cone, press the set screw of the pressure groove of the tool post. ② When designing the magazine body, it is necessary to ensure that the center height of the drill bit and the center height of the tailstock in the Morse magazine body are the same as the center height of the tailstock. ③In order to ensure the concentricity requirements of the workpiece drilling, when drilling the deep inner hole, generally use the tailstock to drill a hole, and then move the drill bit of the magazine body to the distance of the sliding plate, or use a dial indicator to align it. You can use the cartridge drill bit installed on the tool holder to drill the hole. ④This kind of ultra-deep hole drilling with a drill bit installed on the lathe tool holder can adopt automatic feed, broaden the size of the drilling depth, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, and it is very convenient to change and clamp the drill bit. Operation, this deep hole drilling method is stable and reliable, and the deep hole drilled meets the pattern and process requirements, which is worthy of being used by colleagues.


Work out and reprocessing amount. By adding this simple and easy auxiliary fixture, the time for workpiece alignment and positioning is eliminated, and human operation error factors are basically eliminated, and the production efficiency and processing quality are improved.
